Chi Walking and Chi Running are mindful fitness programs that imbue walking and running with the philosophy and movement principles of T’ai Chi, an ancient martial art. You’ll learn to focus your mind, strengthen your core and move with grace and ease.

TAI CHI

Simplified & Level 1 Sequence 

Tai Chi is a beautiful practice with slow relaxed movements that keeps you focused on movements of arms and legs. Once mastered every week you will notice benefits in your posture, alignment of the body, spatial awareness, balance, release of stress and anxiety, better focus, inner strength and peace of mind.
