Simplified & Level 1 Sequence
Tai Chi is a beautiful practice with slow relaxed movements that keeps you focused on movements of arms and legs. Once mastered every week you will notice benefits in your posture, alignment of the body, spatial awareness, balance, release of stress and anxiety, better focus, inner strength, and peace of mind.
New 10 week sessions:
