Simplified & Level 1 Sequence
Tai Chi is a practice that develops the smooth and powerful flow of Chi energy
throughout the body.
The connection between the inner and outer self is felt through the gentle, precise, and energizing orchestration of breath with movement.
The one hour of practice will consist of simple Qigong movements, which involve breath and movement exercises as a warm-up and cool down within the comprehensive Tai Chi session.
